Membership, and earning and redeeming of Qantas Points are subject to the Qantas Frequent Flyer program Terms and Conditions. Qantas Points are earned in accordance with, and subject to, OnePath and Qantas Frequent Flyer Terms and Conditions, and once credited to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account are governed by, and subject to, the terms and conditions of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program. OnePath (or any of its related bodies corporate) is not responsible for the management, operation or administration of the Qantas Frequent Flyer program.
As a OnePath Life Insurance customer, you earned Qantas Points when you paid your premiums on eligible policies and once your Qantas Frequent Flyer number was provided. For every $1 of premium paid, you earned 1 Qantas Point.
The stamp duty portion of premiums was not included in the points calculation on policies in-force between 1st March 2022 and 1st September 2023. That's why you didn't get the right amount of Qantas Points for your policy during that time.
We will have added the missing Qantas Points to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account for the stamp duty portion of your premium by the 30th of September 2024.
No, we've fixed this issue in September 2023, so your Qantas Points allocation will not be affected in the future.
You can check your policy details online at any time by going to the OnePath customer portal through this link.
You can get in touch with our Customer Care team on 133 667, weekdays from 8:30 am to 6:00 pm (AEST). You can also speak to your financial adviser.
Simply log in to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account via the 'Log In' button on the Qantas website to find your points balance.
No, OnePath will not be contacting you directly once the points have been added to your Qantas Frequent Flyer account. Please check your account by heading to the Qantas website and logging into your Qantas Frequent Flyer account via the ‘Log In’ button.
