The Adviser Portal: Latest enhancements

Thank you for your ongoing support as we completed the transfer of all OneCare products and policies from ANZ systems to Zurich. Due to the size and complexity of the integration, there have been some challenges along the way and I would like to acknowledge your flexibility during this period.

Once you have logged in, using the username and password we sent you, you can fully service all of your pre-OneCare, OneCare and Zurich clients from a single location – The Adviser Portal, making it more efficient and easier for you to do business with us.


We are committed to improving your efficiency when dealing with us and are pleased to let you know we have added better functionality to The Adviser Portal. While some of these changes bring the portal in line with your previous OneCare inforce management experience, we have made further enhancements that allow you to do more than ever before via the platform. Here’s a summary of what’s new:


  • Perform alteration quotes on level premiums:
    • Policy reductions and increases
    • Add/remove covers and options
    • Change smoker status
    • Change clients from stepped to level premium type
    • Change occupation class
    • Frequency change
    • Change waiting period or benefit period
  • Add third party authorities
  • Display Service Requests at a policy level
  • Enhanced ability to update and add new direct debit details
  • OPL Policy number now displayed on a policy details report
  • Submit policy alterations without underwriting from the one screen (available from 10 June onwards)
