Types of support available
- Cover for pandemics. Your clients’ insurance policies won’t have a pandemic exclusion, even though this event is something we couldn’t have foreseen.
- Additional claims support. We’re offering extra help with new claims and for your clients who are currently receiving income protection benefits. If any of your clients contracts Covid-19, we’ll assess their claim in the same way as other injuries and illnesses.
- Flexible cover options. If your clients are experiencing financial stress, they can take advantage of the flexibility we offer – for example, by removing extra-cost options on their cover or lowering their cover amount.
- Health and wellbeing resources. For clients who are finding it challenging to take care of their physical and mental health, you can direct them to the OnePath My Wellbeing Hub, which has a great range of resources to help them look after themselves.
