- check the status of their claim
- view their payment history.

What is OnePath Rewards?
OnePath Rewards is a health and rewards portal designed to help your clients improve their wellbeing. Clients collect Wellness Points when they access our free health tips, tools and digital health programs. They can also get points from tracking physical activity on their wearable device.
By accruing points, clients progress from bronze to silver to gold status. This gives them access to a range of rewards including e-gift cards, vouchers and discounts on everyday living expenses like petrol, groceries and selected items from leading department stores.
Our claims team is on hand to provide you and your clients with expert support and guidance. After submitting a claim, you and your client will work with a dedicated Claims Consultant and receive regular progress updates.
