Clarity

Helping you simplify life insurance, to educate current and potential clients, by giving you access to unbranded content (such as articles and newsletters) that you can customise with your logo and send out to clients via email or on social media. Access a sample of this content here.
We are building a new client-facing website, OnePath Clarity, that features a comprehensive catalogue of articles, videos, animations and tools designed to help your clients better understand the ins and outs of life insurance.

 

 

Control

My OnePath Life client portal gives your eligible OneCare clients1 transparency and some control over their policy information while on the go. That takes some of the admin off your hands and gives you more time to focus on building relationships and providing expert advice.
You can see any changes your clients make to their personal details via OneView Life.

Commitment

OnePath Rewards2, a client health and rewards portal is designed to help your clients towards improved health and wellness, and reward them for doing so with discounts on everyday living expenses. This can help you engage with your eligible clients on a deeper level by delivering tangible value to them beyond the insurance policy.

1 Eligible clients are those with a OneCare non-super policy who are single policy owners. OneCare Super / OneCare External Master Trust clients who are linked to a OneCare non-super policy are also eligible and can view their policy.  Registrations will commence for new eligible clients in September 2019, and be progressively rolled out to existing eligible clients from late 2019 onwards.
