On 15 November 2018, OnePath was awarded the Consumer Choice Award, at the third annual Association of Financial Advisers (AFA) and Beddoes Institute Consumer Choice Awards.

For the third year running, OnePath has also been awarded Best Turnaround Time, for consistently processing claims quickly and efficiently – an essential part of delivering on our customer promises and ensuring our customer’s financial security.
We were also named finalists in the Best New Customer Service, Most Satisfied Customers, Best Application Process, Best Claims Staff and Return to Health & Wellness.
