Registration for My OnePath Life occurs when you join OnePath Life for the first time, or renew your existing OnePath Life policy, which means:
If you’re an eligible* new customer, you will have received an email shortly after your Welcome Pack with your login details. If you don’t have these details, please call 1800 317 490 for help.
My OnePath Life will be available to all eligible* existing customers by late 2019, with registration details being sent out along with policy renewal statements. While we can’t accept requests for registration just yet, rest assured you’ll hear from us towards the end of the year with everything you need to access your account and your rewards.
