Registration for My OnePath Life occurs when you join OnePath Life for the first time, or renew your existing OnePath Life policy, which means:
If you’re an eligible* new customer, you will have received an email shortly after your Welcome Pack with your login details. If you don’t have these details, please call 1800 317 490 for help.
My OnePath Life will be progressively rolled out to all eligible* existing customers from late 2019. While we can’t accept requests for registration just yet, rest assured you’ll hear from us with everything you need to access your account and your rewards.

* Eligible clients are those with a OneCare non-super policy who are single policy owners. OneCare Super / OneCare External Master Trust clients who are linked to a OneCare non-super policy are also eligible and can view their policy.
